OPERATION:

Ø  Products to be loaded in vertical position manually to the labeling machine conveyor.

Ø  The speed of the conveyor to maintain the desired speed with the help of PLC.

Ø  The wrapping speed automatically gets synchronized as it is directly coupled with the conveyor.

Ø  Other parameters such as p-length, p-time, delay time, dispenser speed etc. are then set on the PLC.

Ø  The label roll is fitted on the label roll disc & is guided by the guide rolls.

Ø  The machine is then operated with the help of PLC.

Ø  As soon as the product sensor senses the product, the PLC commands the label dispensing motor to rotate at desired revolution. This is controlled by the label gap sensor which senses the gap between the two labels & accordingly the label gets released from the dispenser & applied on the products. 

Ø  After release of the label, the product passes through the
